How do I claim a warranty?

We will only accept warranty claims if the following conditions are met:

  • You must have bought the product from us.
  • It must still posses a valid warranty within the given time frame.
  • You must have kept the product's receipt or prove that you bought the product from us.
For all other warranty claims, please contact the product manufacturer themselves. (e.g. OtterBox, Casetify, LifeProof)

Do you provide phone case customization services?
